LPCA of GA legislation HB 395 The PC Compact is now law in GA! This means Georgia is the FIRST in the USA to pass Compact Legislation.
LPCA PC Compact passed the Georgia House of Representatives and Senate unanimously and has now been signed by Governor Kemp.
It will become active in late 2022.
